How much does it cost?

The Essential plan is $350 + GST per month with a $250 setup fee. If you pay yearly, setup is waived and you get 20% off, bringing it to $3,360 + GST. The Professional plan is $650 + GST per month or $6,240 + GST yearly with setup waived. Most clients make this back after one or two jobs.

What does the setup fee cover?

It covers your website build, CRM, automations, review system, and domain setup. It is paid upfront to secure your project slot and we waive it completely once you reach 6 months with us.

What’s the cancellation policy?

All plans are month to month, so you can cancel anytime. If you cancel before 6 months, the $250 setup fee just covers your initial build and setup time. Once you have been with us for 6 months or more, that setup fee is fully waived.

If you ever decide to leave, you still own your website, domain, and data. We can transfer everything to you for a one time $500 + GST release fee, which covers the time needed to package and hand over your files, hosting, and CRM setup. After that, you are free to host or manage your website anywhere you like.

There are no contracts or penalties. You stay because it works, not because you are locked in.

What if I already own my domain or hosting?

If you already pay for hosting, we can either leave it where it is and point it to your new site or move everything into our system so your website, emails, and automations are managed in one place.

We take care of the connection for you at no extra cost. Your website will stay live during the process and you will not lose your email or Google ranking.

Can I pay weekly or fortnightly instead of monthly?

We only offer monthly or annual payments. You can start anytime and cancel whenever you like.

If you choose to pay annually, you get 20% off the total price and we waive the $250 setup fee. This is a great option for businesses that want to save and commit long term.

What if something breaks or I need updates?

We handle all hosting, maintenance, and updates for you. If something breaks or you need a change, just message us and we will fix it. Most small updates are done within 48 hours.

How long does it take to go live?

We aim to have your website live within 10 business days once we receive your completed onboarding form. The form gives us all the context and materials we need such as photos, logo, and business details to get started the right way. Our team handles everything from setup to testing so you can stay focused on work.

Is it tax deductible?

Yes. Your website and marketing costs can usually be claimed as business expenses. We provide a proper tax invoice for every payment so your accountant can include it in your deductions.
