✅ Crevo Partners gives you something none of these platforms offer — a lead system you actually own. Every call, form, and message comes directly to your business. Your Google Business Profile is fully optimised, your review engine grows your reputation, missed-call text-back and automations follow up instantly, and your website becomes a long-term asset that drives enquiries without paying per lead. Instead of renting leads at $70–$150+ each or competing with multiple tradies for the same job, you build your own pipeline that gets stronger, cheaper, and more reliable every month.
⚠️ Hipages
Hipages can help you get work early on, but every lead costs money (including tyre-kickers), and the same job is usually sent to 1–5 competing tradies at the same time. Their pricing can increase with little notice, you have no control over the quality of leads you’re charged for, and you don’t own any customer data — everything runs through their platform, making you dependent on their system long term.
⚠️ Airtasker
Airtasker is built around price competition, which means most jobs go to the cheapest quote rather than the most experienced or reliable tradie. Fees and service commissions can change at any time, reviews are inconsistent, and it’s extremely difficult to build repeat customers or a long term brand because customers choose based on instant price, not trust or reputation. Over time this pushes your margins down and encourages low-value jobs.
⚠️ Pay per lead services (TrueBlue Tradie, Oneflare, ServiceSeeking, Bark)
Pay per lead platforms sell enquiries to you one by one instead of helping you build your own system. Roofing, plumbing, and emergency trade leads typically cost $70–$150+ each, quality varies heavily, and you rarely know how the lead was generated or whether it was also sent to 2–4 other businesses. The moment you stop paying, all enquiries stop instantly, leaving you with no website, no SEO gains, and no owned marketing assets.
⚠️ Lead marketplaces and directories (LocalSearch, Yellow, Compare-Quote sites)
These platforms operate as middlemen that collect customer enquiries and distribute them to multiple tradies at once. You pay for a listing or a lead bundle, but you don’t get any real long term value — no owned website assets, no automation, no review strategy, and no way to build your own pipeline. They’re useful for visibility, but the leads are generic, inconsistent, and competitive because many tradies receive the same enquiry.
⚠️ Pay per call networks and affiliate leadgen
These companies run Google Ads or Facebook Ads and sell inbound phone calls directly to tradies at premium rates. Emergency plumbing and roofing calls commonly cost $100–$300 each, and call quality varies widely depending on the advertising source. Many networks route calls dynamically, meaning the same customer enquiry may be offered to multiple tradies depending on who answers first or who is paying the highest rate at that moment.
You are not just paying for a website. You are getting a complete marketing and automation system that helps your phone ring more often and turns more leads into booked jobs.
Your plan includes:
• A fully functional website built to generate calls and messages
• Hosting, domain management, and unlimited website updates
• CRM and lead tracking system
• Missed call text back and AI follow ups
• Automated review funnel and reputation management
• Google Business profile updates and social media scheduling access
Every month, we maintain and improve your system so it keeps delivering results. We monitor your automations, refresh your SEO, and update your site to keep your Google profile and social pages active.
Most agencies just build a site and disappear. We stay as your long term growth partner helping you improve, test, and scale as your business grows.
✅ You can pay monthly for full flexibility or choose the annual plan to save 20% and have your setup fee completely refunded. It’s the best value if you’re serious about growing long term.
The setup fee covers everything needed to launch your system — your website build, CRM setup, automations, review funnel, and domain configuration. It also includes your personalised onboarding call where we walk you through how to use your dashboard, reply to leads, and manage reviews. This fee is paid upfront to secure your project slot and covers all initial design and system setup work.
✅ You can choose to pay monthly for flexibility, or switch to the annual plan to save 20% off your total cost. When you sign up for the annual plan, we also waive your setup fee entirely, giving you the best value from day one.
✅ OPTION 1 (RECOMMENDED): We buy you a new Business number
This is the best and most reliable setup for most businesses. We create a new Crevo business number that appears on your website, Google Business Profile, and marketing materials. All calls to this number are automatically forwarded to your existing mobile, so you can continue answering calls as normal.
Every call is tracked, recorded, and linked to your automation system. If you miss a call, the system instantly sends a personalised text back to the customer and logs the conversation in your inbox. It also triggers review requests, AI follow-ups, and other workflows so you never lose a lead.
Using a dedicated Crevo business number keeps your personal mobile private and ensures your data remains accurate. Customer calls and texts only go through your Crevo number, so your personal phone stays free of business messages while your reporting and automations stay clean.
Pros
• No disruption to your current mobile number
• No downtime or carrier delays
• Full automation for all website and marketing leads
• Clean separation of business messages and personal messages
• Easiest and fastest setup
• Ideal for tradies using one mobile for both personal + business
Cons
• Only calls routed through the Crevo number trigger automations
• Old customers calling your original number won’t trigger automation unless they switch to using your new number
⚙️OPTION 2 (BACKUP): Keep your existing number by porting it into Crevo
-> This option is ONLY for businesses who use ONE mobile number for both personal and business.
If you have had the same number for years and want to keep it, we can transfer or port it into the Crevo system. Porting usually takes between two and four weeks in Australia depending on your carrier (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, Aussie Broadband). You will need to provide a recent bill and an authorisation form to verify ownership.
Your number continues to work during the porting process, so there is no downtime. Once the transfer is complete, your number is fully hosted inside the Crevo system and gains the same automation benefits as Option 1. You will still answer calls on your normal mobile or office phone.
During the porting process, features like missed-call text-back and automation triggers may not function reliably. For this reason, we often recommend starting with a new Crevo business number first and porting your old number later once you are ready to make it your permanent automated line.
Pros
• You keep your original number (good if it’s printed everywhere)
• Full automation on every call once the port is complete
• Clean tracking and reporting
• No SIM swap required unless you want to
Cons
• Porting takes 2–4 weeks with possible carrier delays
• Automations may not work consistently during the porting window
• Requires paperwork and identity verification
• If this number is also your personal mobile, automation will trigger for personal calls
• You may need a new personal number if you currently use one mobile for both personal + business
⚠️ OPTION 3 (NOT RECOMMENDED): Connect an existing dedicated business line
If you already use a separate business phone in addition to your personal mobile, we can integrate your existing business line with the Crevo system. We can either forward that number into the platform or port it completely.
Once connected, every business call will be tracked, recorded, and linked to your automations, including missed-call text-back, AI follow-ups, and review requests.
If your business number is with Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, or another Australian provider, porting typically takes two to four weeks. Your number will continue to work throughout the process, and once the transfer is complete, you will have full automation and reporting features without changing how you answer calls.
Pros
• Ideal if you already have a business-only phone
• Full automation on all business calls
• Complete separation of personal and business communication
• Cleanest reporting setup
Cons
• Only suitable if you already have a business-only number
• Must manage two phones
• Porting delays still apply if you choose to port
• Not useful for tradies using one phone for everything
✅ OPTION 1 (RECOMMENDED): Build a new website and domain from scratch
This is the cleanest and most reliable option. We’ll secure a brand new domain name (e.g., www.yourbusiness.com.au) and build your website fresh on our platform. This avoids conflicts with any old code or hosting issues and ensures full compatibility with our automation systems.
Your old website can stay live until launch, so there’s no downtime or lost traffic. Once your new site is ready, we’ll redirect your old domain to the new one.
⚙️ OPTION 2 (BACKUP): You already own a domain but host elsewhere (e.g., GoDaddy, CrazyDomains)
We can easily connect your existing domain to your new Crevo website by updating your DNS settings. You’ll still own your domain completely — we just point it to our servers.
If your domain is managed by another agency, we’ll help you gain access and update the settings. In some cases, your current provider might need to release the domain or adjust nameservers, which can take up to 24–48 hours.
⚠️ OPTION 3 (NOT RECOMMENDED): Keep your old website and connect automations
If your existing site was built by another agency, we can add chat widgets, forms, and automation tracking. However, results are often limited since older sites aren’t optimised for conversions or mobile speed.
You keep full ownership of your Google Business Profile. We simply request manager access, which allows our team to post updates, respond to reviews, and optimise your profile for local SEO without changing ownership or login details.
You will receive an email from Google inviting you to grant access. Once you approve it, we connect your profile to our system so it automatically syncs with your website and review campaigns.
You can remove our access at any time. This setup ensures your business stays visible and active on Google while you still maintain full control of your account. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlwDSdFTvmI
We aim to have your website live within 10 business days once we receive your completed onboarding form. The form gives us all the context and materials we need, such as photos, logo, and business details, to get started the right way.
Our team handles everything from setup to testing so you can stay focused on work. You’ll also receive multiple check-ins leading up to launch and a personalised onboarding call to show you how to use your new system.
Simply message us through your client portal or email. We offer unlimited website edits as part of your plan — whether you want to update prices, add new photos, promote a special offer, or refresh your design.
Our team usually completes most requests within 48 hours, and we’ll confirm once it’s live.
Most agencies only build websites. We build complete marketing and automation systems with AI text back, review collection, and CRM tools that turn missed calls into booked jobs.
Crevo Partners was founded by Brandon Khoo, an Australian who began his career in consulting at KPMG before moving to the United States to work at high-growth companies like Uber and Amplitude in Silicon Valley, San Francisco. He spent over 7 years working with high-growth teams at Amplitude and Uber, helping design and manage website experiences and retention strategies for millions of global users. Through that experience, he developed deep expertise in automation, AI, and data-driven growth.
That same knowledge is now brought back home to help Australian service businesses get the same level of technology and growth as global startups, combining proven Silicon Valley tactics with local service business know-how.
All monthly plans are flexible, so you can cancel anytime.
If you ever decide to leave, you still own your website, domain, and data. We can transfer everything to you for a one-time $500 + GST release fee, which covers the time needed to package and hand over your files, hosting, and CRM setup. After that, you’re free to host or manage your website anywhere you like.
If you’re on the annual plan, it offers the best value but is billed upfront for 12 months. The setup fee is waived as part of the discount, and the plan is non-refundable once activated. You can still cancel renewal at the end of your yearly term.
There are no contracts or penalties on the monthly plan. You stay because it works, not because you’re locked in.

We build high-performing websites and automated systems that help local service businesses get more leads, reviews and booked jobs.
